Hi everyone!
I went to Oxford Brookes which is a pretty low ranked uni and will graduate with an LLB in December as my program was extended due to failing exams in first year. First year grades don't count towards my final degree so I will be graduating with around 68/69% or 3.8/3.9 GPA (high 2:1).
I have done a lot of work experience including abroad. Unfortunately I only have 40hrs of legal work experience which should be 120hrs by the time i start applying in September. I also have a strong volunteering background, although not legal. My dissertation was tech related graded at 70% (4.0 GPA).
Just wondering if anyone has any idea where I would be able to get into? Im not sure if my uni being low ranked negates the grades I got.
Thanks
Hugo

I think you would have a better chance if you applied for fall 2020—if space is still available— then if you were applying last year. Because of deferrals and uncertainty around Covid, etc. I know for example that Georgetown has extended its deadline until August 1. It might be worth trying to reach out to the schools on the lower side of the T14 to see if they're still accepting applications.
