I applied about a week ago. Took a look at the application status check and it said that my application was complete. Fingers crossed!

I sent my application a month ago. The status hasn't changed from application complete. Did anyone here apply to the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program?

I did. But I don't think we have a good chance here since the scholars last year are all JDs... : (

Hey Yall,

How does one answer the bar admission selection if they have not been admitted to the bar yet?

"Identify date and jurisdiction of bar admission"

also, in terms of the personal statement, did you all just stick to what was requested on their website or did you branch out. I know that American University pay a lot of attention to extra-cirrucular, should i include this or focus on this heavily too?

No updates about any Stanford applications? I applied to the CG&P and I have no idea when to expect an answer from them

Around early/mid March. You may also receive a call from a member of the faculty from a discussion around end of Feb (at least that is what last year's post suggests).

I applied for the same. The waiting is so hard. Good luck.

Not me. But I have received quite some work related calls from the area. My heart starts pumping everytime time I see a nearby area-code on the display..

Last year's post suggests that applicants started receiving calls in the 3rd to 4th week of February. I did however receive an email from ETS in the last week of Jan that Stanford had sought an official copy of my TOEFL score even though I applied through LSAC.

Hi guys I am a late applicant to Stanford where I was allowed a late application to which I submitted in early January 2019. So far my application is still being processed by LSAC and its should be done in the next one and a half weeks latest. My concentration is Law Science and Tech. Has anyone received a call yet? Also does a late application hint that you are a probable candidate for selection.

Just to keep everyone updated, I received a cold call from Stanford CGP on 12 Feb. Actually they called several times on 11 Feb but unfortunately I was on a trip abroad and switched my number. Has anyone else received a call from CGP? I heard that around 20% of the applicants who receive the calls got rejected/waitlisted. Is it true?? Thanks!

If you don’t mind me asking, which country are you applying from?

I received a call last weekend, also from Stanford CGP. It was totally unexpected, as I was not aware that they are calling applicants as part of the selection process. I was VERY nervous, blabbered something almost incoherent in response to very (as I can tell now) basic questions as to why Stanford CGP etc. - so do not have very high hopes that I will make it to the final list, but will see. I am from Europe.

I applied for LLM in Environmental law too. Havent yet received a call. For those who have, what sort of questions should we expect and how long was the call?

I am from Hong Kong. I picked up the call on the subway... too many noises. FYI - The conversation lasted about 12 mins. The interviewer is friendly and talkative.
