Does a call signify an offer afterwards?

Hey Everyone!! And congratulations to those who have already received an offer!! I wanted to ask you at what time (Pacific Time) did you received the calls? Because I have a 9-hour time difference with Stanford and I am a bit scared to receive the ring during the night haha 
Or at what (local) time you received the call? Wondering if they consider the time difference before calling.

Did anyone receive a call yesterday? If we follow the tread, they should call SPILS applicants now. Anything new for CGP?

Any ELP candidates who have heard back after the call? Also is a call usually a sign of admission? It's been over a week for me, and there has been no follow up.

Hi I received a call today for CGP.  Mainly talks about the application material and motivation. They said that the admission committee will follow up after the interview. Fingers crossed!

1. It lasted 10 minutes.
2. They asked about my research proposal and why Stanford.
3. Local number.

Hi, I just received an admission letter for the ELP program. I had my interview on March 8.

Just received my admission letter too.  Elp program and my interview was on March, 11.

Mine lasted 25mins. Questions on motivation to take the program, personal interest, work experience. It was US number.
