CGP (and other non-SPILS): yes.
If you can taylor those programs, I am sure you can do at SPILS too.

But your safest bet is to check with the school as well as the respective bar organizations, and ask them directly.

Hi - I'm a current student at Stanford and I can confirm that both CGP and SPILS candidates can appear for both bar exams. Depending on your individual circumstances, you may need to take certain specified subjects to be eligible to write the exam though.
