Hi vrak1984,
If you intend to study at a Canadian educational institution, you must apply for a study permit. To be eligible to study in Canada:
You must have been accepted by a school, college, or university in Canada and prove that you have sufficient money to pay for your:
tuition fees, living expenses and return transportation. You should not have a criminal record, be in good health and satisfy an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay. They may ask you to provide a police certificate or complete a medical examination.
