scholarship/funding help!

I am from the UK and have just been accepted to UC Hastings which is amazing but they were only able to offer me $6k scholarship and I have to raise something like $50k myself by August (obviously no easy task)
Does anyone have any suggestions of places to look. I have applied to Fulbright as well as a few other organizations but I can't find anything else
Please help!

Look for Rotary international scholarship, or for Lions etc. Paying your own money or taking loan is waste of money, as getting a work permit in U.S. is very difficult.

3. Since you applied for a Fulbright, you probably know that the UK Fulbright Office is affiliated with the US State Department, and that office is charged with providing information to and assisting UK students who want to study in the US, and helps students find information about funding. http://www.fulbright.co.uk/study-in-the-usa/postgraduate-study/funding. The office even has a U.S. study funding video -- http://cwlwebcast.meeting-stream.com/integration/StreamLine.aspx?a=3JJwZ1cVmwzfH78T8na7&s=4af202cf2e924e4c9965ef30efddc10d. That office is part of a U.S. State Department-sponsored network referred to as EducationUSA, which has over 400 Advising Centers that service international students wanting to go to the U.S. EducationUSA operates in about 200 countries and territories around the world. You can find the Advising Center closest to you at http://www.educationusa.info/centers.php.

4. My new book, LL.M. Roadmap: An International Students Guide to U.S. Law School Programs contains chapters on funding for international students in U.S. LL.M. programs. Appendix II of LL.M. Roadmap lists 288 resources for such funding, including some of the resources contained on the LLM Guide and other websites. These include funding opportunities for women, opportunities for disabled persons, opportunities offered by inter-governmental organizations, and opportunities for international students through the U.S. government. It also lists funding opportunities by nationality of the student. (The LL.M. Roadmap website is www.LLMRoadMap.com)

5. The new Graduate Legal Education blog contains a section on scholarships -- http://graduatelegaleducation.com/category/scholarships. That blog may in the future publish information that would help you meet your very specific funding needs.

6. The LL.M. Roadmap website also contains a list of LL.M. Resources, and lists websites and other sources that might be helpful on topics such as LL.M. funding. http://www.llmroadmap.net/resources. That website list websites and companies from outside the U.S.including the UKthat advertise funding assistance.

Good luck!
