Cornell, George Washington, Boston, Georgetown have their deadlines in 2015. I was planning to get some publications in the meantime.
Any idea whether these are rolling and would I be hurting my chances by applying near the end ?

Hi! For Georgetown law check this link:
http://www.law.georgetown.edu/admissions-financial-aid/graduate-admissions/llm-degree-programs/frequently-asked-questions/admissions-process.cfm
They have clearly mentioned that applying early is to the student's advantage as applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. So you will definitely be competing for fewer seats if you submit late.
I have no idea about the other law schools.
