I just received notice that I was not admitted to NYU's ITP Program. I received a link to a website were I was informed that they couldn't offer me admission at this time. However, I would like to know if there is a waiting list for the ITP and if I have been "waitlisted". Does anybody know if they expressly tell you that you've been waitlisted?.

They explicitly tell you if you are on the wait list. Check the board regarding NYU. some people there said they were put on the waiting list.
Try next year. I was rejected from NYU last year but admitted this year.
