Hello "happy few" admitted!

I have 2 questions :

how it works with the Visa? Do I have to look for it by myself or will the Law School, provides me documents first, and then I have to go to the ambassy? Are you already in contact with your local ambassy to get it?

My second question is the same, but concerns the appartment: How do you manage to find it? Will the School give us some "links" and help, or should we do everything by ourself???
