PENN vs GULC? Corp. & Business Law

I have been accepted to both UPenn and GULC. I Know that, according to US News Ranking, Upenn is better ranked. However, I believe that living in D.C may be an advantage in terms of US employability. I am also concerned about the reputation of both law schools. I really appreciate any help.

I don't want to preempt the yueping clones, but may I ask why you think living in D.C. is an advantage? We hear this about New York (and I personally think it's overrated), but an LLM grad is not usually qualified for practice in D.C., nor especially competitive in the hot litigation jobs there.
