well its only afternoon, but I also don't think we're hearing from them today.

Chicago is out but still nothing from Penn

Couple years ago, I received my acceptance email end of Feb. I applied regular deadline that year. This year I also applied on regular deadline  and figured I will receive the update end of Feb at the earliest. I think it s normal. 

Has anyone communicated with penn and gotten feedback on when they will release?

I don't think there's any point to that they'll just tell us what the website says.

What I think it’s really frustrating is that not even decisions on early applications are out. I had to put a lot of energy to have my early application submitted on time, so it’s kind a disappointing that the “early February” did no stand

really? I haven’t seen any. Well, that is actually good to know. At least for some it was worth the rush 

my status did not change since 1/7/2022 (RD)... I assume no news? 

No news for RD folks yet. Last year, RD decisions were out on 17 Feb

Don’t think it will be today. Just got correspondence from the office re updating them on an article of mine that was pending review. Doubt they’d be responding to minor things like that if today really was **the** day.
