Apparently they always do the same by releasing decisions much earlier than the actual marked deadline. This year itself ED were notified the last week of January whereas in their website they stated that early applicants would be notified of their outcome in mid February. 

Any news? Still waiting, but maybe not today...

No, at this point I doubt we will hear anything from Penn today, considering that in previous years, decisions were announced much earlier during the day and the statuses in the application portal changed to "Decision Rendered" some hours prior receiving the corresponding emails. Being already almost 19:00 o´clock in Philadelphia, and not seeing anybody reporting something different in their portals, I guess we will have to wait until next week. 

From what I understand, Penn has consistently released their decisions between 16th to 18th of February for the last 3 or 4 years. 

I’m guessing they will get back to us next week. 

I want to believe that we will receive news today :)

I am having trouble accessing the status checker. Anyone else? It was working fine last week. I've had this problem once in the past and it was the same day my status date changed, so hoping it means we've got news on the way....

Been checking constantly, and it opens every time. No change in status for me so far, still on UR2.

My status hasn't changed from under review since the 25th, UR2 never showed up for me, dont know if this is a good or bad sign hahahahha 

Status remained on 18/1… the system works normal still. 

I am equally confused, I went from UR1 to UR2 in 5 days, and no change after lol.

Yeah, no need to be nervous. The decision will come, eventually.

I think penn might take a bit more time, dont know if we will get a decision this week, maybe the next.
