I also got only one confirmation email this far, straight after submitting by application. I submitted my application online. After that I have not heard anything. Should I be worried??

This is my second email :

"This email is to inform you that your application to NYU School of Law is complete and will be submitted to the Committee on Graduate Admissions for review. Should the Committee require any additional information, we will contact you at this email address. "

Dear Applicant86 and Bayern........I havegot just one email when NYU recieved my Documents (LORs and Transcripts) and it stated exactly wat has been stated in Bayern's second email.....it stated as follows:

"This email is to inform you that your application to NYU School of Law is complete and will be submitted to the Committee on Graduate Admissions for review. Should the Committee require any additional information, we will contact you at this email address.

For information regarding the review of applications and the receipt of the Committees decision, please refer to our Web site:

Hey Bayern have you got the first email stating this thing only and then a second email restating completeness of ur application or there is something else dat u have got in two emails?????????

Nope..that was it..

the 1st email is the auto reply email as below :

"Thank you for the submission of an Online Application for graduate studies at New York University School of Law. This email confirms that your application has been successfully submitted and received by the Office of Graduate Admissions within the New York University School of Law.

You may receive periodic communications from New York University via this email address. We strongly encourage you to check this email account often for updates and information regarding your status as an applicant within the School of Law."

so i guess we are on the same spot..both anxiously waiting for that elusive decision..haha..

I hope we get good results bayern.......many have received acceptance email from CLS and i'm still waiting for it n now i think in 2 weeks or so NYU@NUS would also start giving results....and this whole thing is driving me mad........have u got any results from any of the law schools as of now????

Sorry actually it was a second email. The content is exactly the same as Bayern's, which mainly confirms that my application is complete and will be submitted to the Office for review. The first one is also the same email as pasted by Bayern. Hope that clarifies.

So, as per the application instruction, the decisions will be sent on a rolling basis starting this month through January?

I'm in big trouble. its thanksgiving weekend and the deadline is the 1st for NYU.

But DHL says they went there and thats the wrong address. I dont know what to do. Plua DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes. it has to reach before monday! please someone help!

DHL SUCKS!!! I sent a package with them earlier this year and it took a whole month to get it delivered!!! At one point they actually had sent my package to Tehran!
My advise to everyone is to avoid DHL completely, they are not reliable at all! Stick to UPS, Fedex and even good old postal services does much better than DHL.

i would join with everyone on the dhl issue. however, i checked up and apparently, friday, the 27th was a holiday and the package will be delivered on monday 30th.
perhaps those of you in the states would like to clarify what was the deal with friday~

i think youd find the packages being delivered from today. mines done.

Has anyone recieved a completion email from NYU?

All my stuff was in towards the end of October...but have not heard a thing.
They have'nt even requested my LSAC report.

Wuts going on...

May be you should send them an email to check whether there is any problem to make sure that everything is by the book...

Ye I sent them two emails - and got a generic email about the application process back twice!

Dont know wat to do. I even called them, they said just wait - person on the phone didnt look up my file or anything = just a generic verbal answer too.

The DHL pickup guy assured me that my documents would reach in four days - finally it took seven. I noticed on their tracking site that my stuff was in their Cincinatti Hub for two whole working days!!

I haven't got an application complete email either. Has anyone got it? Worried about my transcripts since they were sent directly from the university.
