last week there were a few posts where people who received scholarships from NYU had to give the school their decision early (march 6th, some people wrote).

I declined the Grotius scholarship at NYU. It was a tough decision.

P.E.T. , I know you've made a decision that follows your heart :) But, could you please tell me why? Are you waiting for HLS, SLS or got any other great offer?

PET: I'm sure you'll have an enriching experience no matter where you go (I believe you mentioned before you were admitted to CLS?). People often are extremely understandably reluctant to make a decision in favor of giving up such funding opportunities, even in instances where they realize another school is better / more suited to them. It takes a lot of self-awareness to do otherwise. To that end, I'd echo Patricia in saying that I would love to hear more about your thought process and how you arrived at the decision.

Hey, I am thinking about the NYU LLM as well. I have a few questions hopefully you guys can answer.

1) What kind of marks do you need to be admitted?
2) I am thinking about applying directly after my LLB, as a result when I apply to the LLM my transcript will not be complete. Is this a negative?
3) I have a UK LLB and a Canaidan BBA.
