1. its in NYC, Cornell is in the middle of nowhere
2. Please NYU is in the top 5....

are you sure that they are so many students (400) in LLM in Cornell?

I read on their site the were 50-60 each year...

This is really a no brainer - NYU. I think NYU is a supermarket with way too many LLM students but living in NYC can't be beat. AND NYU has great internship opportunities etc.

I am not a big fan of the huge class size of NYU, either. However, I totally agree that it's a no brainer: NYU!
