Hi, I have seen words being spoken about Securities Law at UPenn and NYU, but have no conclusive information about which one is better. Even if you guys may not be able to offer a point-wise comparison, it would be helpful to know about the securities law courses at both NYU and UPenn. Also, are these two reasonably good options for anyone looking to specialize in U.S. Securities Laws?
