Does anyone have experience with NYU's LLM deferral procedure? I have seen some references to "extraordinary" circumstances, but it would be very helpful to hear from anyone who has applied for a deferral.

I do not know anything about the deferral procedure, but --if you do not mind-- please do share with us what you find out about it, including deadlines, how likely they are to grant deferrals and if financial reasons are considered a "good enough" circumstance.
