Not sure of the criteria or even if there is one, but I don’t think it’s order of application. I applied at the last minute and was admitted. They’re website says:
“Our process is structured as an ongoing review and re-review of the vast majority of the applicant pool. Most candidates’ applications require significant comparison with the pool as a whole. For many candidates, the Committee is able to reach a decision only once there is a clear picture of the entire pool.”

If it helps anyone, I received my acceptance letter on February 13 and applied on December 19. They wrote me last week to ask me something about my profile that was not clear to them from the LSAC application.

Do they send you a message if you get rejected? NYU is my first choice but I also got accepted at Fordham and I don't want to pay for the seat deposit if there is a chance I'll get accepted at NYU, but I haven't heard anything other than my application is under review.

GPA: 8/10. - Worked for two years in a top tier law firm in Argentina. - After working in Argentina, I moved to Madrid, where I validated my law degree and completed a master's degree at the University of Navarra. GPA: 8/10. - I am qualified in Argentina and Spain - I am currently an associate at White & Case (US law firm) Madrid.
