I haven't heard anything from HLS yet. So, considering they don't send emails to the ones who were not approved, if the guy is already on waiting list, does that mean a no for me?

I bet that soon many users (and most of them will be new users) will start to claim that they had been accepted at Harvard or stating help: I won the Hausser scholarship and been admitted at Yale and Harvard, what should I do?

I dont believe that someone was waitlisted; If they released one decision almost one month before the date stated in their website (late March), it should be an acceptance for an exceptional candidate (i.e., a Hauser Scholar with full tuition at Yale as well), not to an applicant that was waitlisted.

Believe that 95% of decision will be released after March 15 (or after March 20) , so please do not create panic with false posts.

I just checked the chinese forum again and it doesn't seem the guy was applying for an LLM. First b/c he mentions an interview (and the LLM admission process at HLS has no such thing) and second because he mentions Duke Business School at some point.

The translation from chinese to english through google translate is very poor, so I'm not that sure. Any chinese speakers out there?

Anyway, it seems there is still hope, at least for another couple of weeks ;)

He said he is a special case because a chinese professor he knew arranged that interview for him. But it might be a llm. I'll ask.

I notified the Harvard people that I have received a Fulbright grant for 20092010. In their reply, they wrote:
"Congratulations! And, many thanks for this information. We will include it in your application."

I talked with another Italian fellow, who told me Harvard will mail its decisions, whatever they are. Since I'm working abroad, I sent them an e-mail asking them to e-mail me their decision, but I got no feedback so long

yes, we are...unfortunately I add...that's why I've asked Harvard to e-mail me (and I will try again next week if they won't get back to me...). this waiting is killing me. I'll definitively freek out if I have also to call home everyday asking whether there's a letter from Harvard...
