I'm submitting four. Two are required, but you are allowed to upload up to four. I think you are completely free to decide

I also submitted 4. Some applicants feels the need to show different aspects of their profiles (academic, professional, organizations, or business networks), but some might not need to.

I have read somewhere that generally, the number of LOR does not affect your application, because it is the content in the LOR that the admission committee will be looking at. Many applicants got admitted with only 2 LORs (as per requirement). But if you feel certain recommendations might boost your chance of acceptance, you can submit more.
