Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from Georgia (Republic of Georgia), I have graduated from the local university (Javaxishvili State University) and got bachelors degree in law. Now I am taking law course at masters degree at the same university, but I have great desire to take LLM course at your university too. I have just passed TOEFL IBT exam and got 90 score. I wonder if I can apply you. Please answer a.s.a.p.
Yours Sincerely,

Of course, you can apply! However, be careful because top law schools require at least 100 points in TOEFL iBT. There are lower ranked university that do not specify the points though they require TOEFL anyway.
My advice:
-if you want to apply to a top 10 Law school, take it again.
-if you want to apply to lower ranked law schools, contact the dean of the international program or somebody in charge and talk about your situation.
I hope it helps.
Regards, and good luck!

For applicants who have studied at a UK or USA University, a First Class or Upper Second Class degree in law is usually required. Graduates from other universities are welcomed and are assessed according to an equivalent standard. On some programmes we also take into account other relevant qualifications and work experience. Applicants whose native language is not English must also provide evidence of competence in English to the standard required by the University. So take TOEFL again or IELTS.
Good Luck!!!
