LLM in tax or general studies

HI,

I am admitted at the LLM program in tax at Georgetown University. However, i am also admitted at Duke and Berkeley and i am waiting for answers from Cornell and Penn.

Does anyone have an idea of where i should go?

Actualy, as a foreigner I wonder if i'd better go to a LLM specialized in taxation or if i'd better go to the University with the best rank.
