I'm an advocate from Mumbai (india).......i have applied for LLM in international human rights in india for the sole reason that i may get a good scholarship after 2 yrs......
i want to do LLM in international HUman rights... i dont mind it doing it for the second time.....
1. will i get a good scholarship even after doing it once before
2.suggest me a college in the usa with the lowest tuition in Human rights
3.do we get good jobs in human rights.

I would like to know what you think of the LLM in Human Rights of Universidad Nacional de la Plata (Argentina). I have a friend who's professor in the University of BsAs and she's told me that the HR Master taught in La Plata is excellent.
