Hi! i am a student of Mumbai University. i want to know whether LLB (gen) degree from mumbai univ qualifies me to apply for LLM in USA. Or is it necessary to complete the 3 yrs and get LLB degree?? Please help!

You need to finish either 3 years LLB course or 5 yers of B.L.S./L.L.B. course in order to be eligible to study and apply for LLM course in USA. Your query is not clear as to which degree you have obtained?

i have completed 4 sems of the 3-yr LLB degree.. on completing 4th sem i wil receive the LLB (Gen) degree whereas on completing 6 sems i.e. 3 yrs i wil get LLB degree. so can i apply for LLM when i am in my last yr i.e. 3rd year of LLB degree??
