Hi, I´m Rafael and i´m a young lawyer from Bolivia, wanna do a LLM in international human rights law, but i dont know where is the best place and University to do it. Some help please. My intention is to get an scholarship, i think it would be easy because im an latin american citizen.

my experience at Northwestern has been outstanding, and this is mostly why I recommend you to consider it; that being said, as far as I now Northwestern is regarded as a much better school compared to AU. Moreover, Scheffer is teaching at Northwestern. It's hard for you to find a better professor in the field of Human Rights Law and Int'nal Criminal Law...
