Does anyone know if the LLM in tax at Northwestern U. is open to International students? if so, does anyone know what their percentage is out of the whole class?
Finally, point out one more thing regarding jobs in the US. I think LLMs are more likely to land a job in the US if they do specializations like in tax, finance...General LLM programs are less enticing for US employers because it is equivalent of 1 yr of JD. Specialization is what JD students lack of. So, my advice for those who want to land a job in the US is to specialize in something...
Good luck to everybody!
