OK Is there any university who recognize course taking in other jurisiction and allow student to obtain a JD in less than two years ?
I have an LLB in common law and a LLM in business law from canada. I understand a new LLM in US will not help me much to find a job there but to do a JD seems to be unreasonable. If I get adminted in a JD programs can I negotiate my way out in 1 or 2 years by getting credit for classes like tort, contract, remidies etc... ?!?!?
