a long story........shows my confusion over the matter.........but this time out of four students who got thru oxford frm my college were in top 15% and one was 26th rank out of 80..........moreover before as well my college has passed out students who have been accepted by oxford atleast with them having not amazin ranks but good overall combination. therefore, i was confused and wanted assistance.......working under research professors and international organisations shall help?

and santa only academic referees can give recco`s or it could be the referees under whom i worked for 6 weeks and 8 weeks also?

You will have to look into the requirements of the schools themselves.
All schools however prefer academic references, so best to get some from (if possible, well known,) law professors.
