Which U.S. offer good Intellectual Property LLM? and how do you separate good uni from not so good? is there some ranking system?

According to US New & World Report the top 5 American schools in the IP field for 2005 are:

1. University of CaliforniaBerkeley
2. Stanford University (CA)
3. George Washington University (DC)
4. University of Houston
5. Cardozo-Yeshiva University (NY)

Their ranking is said to be "computed in January of the year cited, based on data from a survey sent out in the fall of the previous year."
