I've applied for the LLM program at NYU - Fall 2015.
LSAC requires me to pay the 125 $ for the International Transcript Authentication and Evaluation Service (ITAES). Is this a mandatory requirement?

It would be great if someone could give me an answer. I do not want the processing of my application to get delayed because of this.

Damn. thats an extra 125 $! NYC is really expensive!
