How do law schools treat foreign transcripts?

tracy77

While the LSAC re-evaluate our transcripts, giving us average, above average, suprior, etc, how will that compare with US grades? How should we interprete our re-evaluated grades against American GPAs shown as 25%, 50%, 75% of each school? Or are foreign students treated totally seperately by law schools? Ie., we are evaluated perhaps based on previous students/applications who are our alumni?

Dear Tracy77

actually this is a valid question and i do have the same inquiry. but for a reason i dont know, i have never received an answer to this question. i have posted several inquiries in this plog and some others but apperantly noone knows. so i think we have to direct our question to LSAC or to law schools. i will keep u updated if anything came up to the surface.
