so many have been wait-listed! It couldn't be more disappointing!

in the waitlist letter, what it talks about, when will the latest news come out?

I'm in. I have to choose between Harvard and Chicago. It may sound strange, but my husband is in Chicago. If I go to UChicago it means that I can happily live with my husband and save a lot of money. On the other hand... Harvard is Harvard!

Chicago is such a great school, smaller group, legendary professors and vibrant city. The choice between it and HLS tends to be overwhelmed by HLS reputation though. Are there frequent and cheap flights between O'Hare and Logan? Hehe

It says that they will let us know for sure by mid May.

Dear Shiny, you are not alone! My husband will be in the SF bay area while I will be in Cambridge. Yet I declined Berkeley's offer yesterday. Harvard's course offerings in my field of interest are just so much more specific and exciting. I figured I will only do an LL.M. once, but will spend a lot more time with my husband. Maybe this helps? Good luck with the decision-making!

Just found out I have been admitted to Harvard. Between HLS and UChicago, I'll defintely pick harvard (for academic reasons), though Chicago is one of the finest law schools in the U.S. and has offered a robust financial aid.

I also made it through the LL.M class of 2014... It is just wonderful... Congratts to everyone who got through....

I have just created a facebook page named 'Harvard LL.M 13-14!!'. It is a closed group and I would really hope that all who made it to LL.M to please add themselves to the group... Looking fwd to sharing our experiences!!

Not yet. I guess we'll be notified on 1 or 2 April. Maybe someone even earlier than that.
