Hi there all HLS applicants - most of us should've received our 2nd e-mail confirming the completion of the application by now; and the wait begins!
Anyway my question for those who have any idea about the so-called "quota" system from the different regions around the world is this - would the "quota" be affected or not by those who defer entry? I know of 2 people in my country who were admitted for 2005 and deferred to 2006 - does this automatically mean that the allocation for my country is immediately reduced by 2? If so, that would suck.
