Would anyone know whether HLS has begun absorbing students for the LL.M program? or Do they announce their results only post March?

Anyone,was your second email along this lines......i received this from HLS;
The Graduate Program Admissions staff has reviewed your file and has determined that it is complete. [Please note that decisions regarding TOEFL and fee waiver requests will be communicated to you in a separate email, if applicable.]
NOTE: Occasionally, we may request additional materials pertaining to your application (for example, original foreign language versions of transcripts, if applicable; additional transcript(s) from school(s) you have listed on your CV but not on your application materials); if so, we will notify you via e-mail. Any materials that you submit at our request will not be considered 'late'.
We regret that we are unable to accept updated CVs/resumes, revisions to personal statements, or new recommendation letters. [FYI: We welcome new TOEFL scores when available; please be sure to have ETS send us your report as soon as it is available.]
For applicants currently enrolled in a degree program:
If you have receives fall and/or winter grades and/or a transcript for the degree that is to be completed in 2008, please send it to us as soon as it is available.
Admission decisions will be made by late March 2008; you will be notified of your decision via the mailing address for all correspondence that you have provided on your application. If your preferred address should change between now and the time of admissions decisions, please reply to this e-mail with your preferred address.
If you should have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Your e-mail is important to us, and will be answered as soon as we are able. Due to the high volume of e-mails, please anticipate delays.

i also received the second e-mail as post above lately. what annoyed me is that i presumed that i cannot provide any additional materials to HLS after my application last December, since my original recomendation was not as persuasive as i expect to be. hope the second e-mail meaned something to me...

Is there anyone who hasnt received the second e-mail from Harvard and was admitted last year in to the LLM program?
Posted Jan 29, 2008 06:00
Everybody who did apply within the deadline should receive the 2nd email.
In addition, I've been told that receiving it has nothing to do with being admitted or rejected it is just a confirmation that your file is complete and ready to be reviewed.
So, it is just a matter of days before you will find the above posted message in your inbox (providing that, as I'm sure of, you have submitted correctly all the application materials).

Thanks so much Miki for your answer,
Im worried because I applied since October, and no 2nd mail yet (a lot of applicants who applied later than me, already received the second e-mail).
I guess I have to wait a little more.

Maybe they have stacked the files in reverse order, which entails that since you applied so early your file is at the bottom of the stack and it will be one of last to be reviewed.

Wow.. guys you all have to relax. These are all simply administrative emails sent out automatically as they sort through piles and piles and more piles of applications.
The real fun begins in March. :)

Hi guys,
I'm at Harvard right now. I just thought I'd second JW's post: nothing that happens right now (1st email, 2nd email, or lack of either) says anything about the liklihood of your success or failure. At this stage no decisions will have been made. And it will be mid to late March before you hear anything.
You have my sympathies - its such an unpleasant process. I thought that posting this message might at least settle your nerves.
Best of luck to everybody!

Thanks for your help.
Hope you are right because there is no way to know whats happening in HLS.
No e-mails, no sign of any kind.
Does HLS send e-mails of admission, or we have to wait for an official letter?
