I’ve just read in the UPenn’s WhatsApp group that people from Harvard Kennedy have just received their responses, maybe there’s still some hope.

I know some people from Kennedy who got their answers yesterday! I think we will probably get ours on Monday.

I would say the same ^^ Anyway, guys, late March may also mean that we will be informed on the 26th of March... Fingers crossed for all of us, cheers to our commitment and do't panic - it's all just a game :-) ...
