These are all good schools, for me it would all fall down given the following factors:
- your field of interest/specialization
- consequently, your post LLM plans
- any financial aid from these schools
- where you would prefer to live
In general, I have a feeling that Michigan doesn't have the love or respect it should in this forum. Although it is cold, Ann Arbor and the campus are beautiful.

Thanks a lot Borderline. See below my response to your enquiries.
- your field of interest/specialization - Corporate/commercial
- consequently, your post LLM plans - work for a year and return to my country
- any financial aid from these schools - no decisons yet
- where you would prefer to live - I am indifferent and more interested in a school that would give me an edge in terms of employment. better still a school that would expose me to employment opportunities.

I hope to be corrected if I am wrong, but from what I gather GULC while an amazing school is not so renowned for "classic" corporate law, it also has a very large LLM class (although class sizes are then significantly lower). But DC is a good place to be right now, also employment wise.
Cornell is an Ivy and the LLM class is smaller, they might pay attention to you more. But it feels like today is less distinctive.
I can't comment on GWU because I don't know enough about it.
For corporate law, check the professors and the classes, but I would give serious consideration to Michigan, personally.
It would then be also a factor to consider, which school has the best brand name in your country if you plan to get back sometime soon.
My theory could be very flawed, but the smaller the LLM class size, the most you can take advantage of the university's career service.

Thanks once again Borderline. Your assessment has helped me put things in perspective.

But please but do ask some other, more experienced people to contribute to the debate...these were just my two cents.
And, of course, congrats for getting in all these great schools!
