The status of my application went from Applied to Unavailable. What does this mean?

Personally, I believe it's just the system error. I checked my status this morning (like 7 hours ago), and saw that there was no update made yesterday (while they say that they are to update the status on a daily basis). But my status has changed from complete to 'unavailable' like a few hours ago.

I reckon that they may not be able to update status yesterday because there is an error in the system. Especially, when a few of us (and probably in a greater number out there) come across this 'unavailable' status problem, I don't think this it has anything to do with their applicationreview process. But that's just my view.

Anyway, I'm curious whether we can learn of the result in this online status checking page. I've read the last year thread and got an impression that they knew the result from mails rather than an online portal.

My status was "unavailable" as well. But now it turns back to "complete". Btw: has anyone tried to log on to the admitted students website? it says not yet open...so it means they haven't issued any admission/offer so far?

Hi all,

I have read posts from last year and it seems that they were receiving decisions around this time.

My status still reads "complete".

I would be interested hearing if anyone has received decisions yet.

I can get my user name and password, however when I log in it says the site is not yet available.

Is this the same for you?

It's the same here. Not sure whether every applicant can get the user name and password from the admitted students site...

I am thinking that all applicants can get the username and password for the admitted students site, because they are the same as for the status check site.

Ok, ladies and gentlemen.. for those of you who have time on their hands - you may consider this...

- go to admitted students page
- go to forgotten password?
- enter name / email and submit

do you get a reply? what does it say? your take on this?

Yours truly

It says "Your Username and Password were successfully sent to your email address."

I tend to agree with jjmybf, i.e., every applicant can obtain the user name and password from the admitted students site at current stage. So we still need to wait until we get the official letter from GULC.
