Georgetown v. Vandy Scholarship

Hi Guys!
I have an admit from Georgetown and Vandy. However, Vandy is offering a lucrative scholarship.
I want to do the OPT before returning back to my home country. Any help with comparing and contrasting the two is appreciated!

I'd definitively pick Vandy over Gtown, especially with a scholarship
