I was set on USC (with some scholarship) since I hadn't heard back from GULC, and paid for USC's deposit. And a week ago I got my acceptance to GULC's general LLM which had been my first choice for the longest time, but they didn't offer a scholarship...
I am now in a dilemma, do I go for USC or pursue GULC since it was my first choice...
Any advice or opinions are welcome!

It depends on what the cost of attendance is. I’d say GT is worth maybe 10-20k more than USC, but probably no more than that.
