Since no one else replied, I'll try to provide some basic info with the disclaimer and warning that: I haven't attended Georgetown, and as much as I try to remain objective, I'm probably biased due to personal connections and family ties.
I hope an actual alumni will give you more/better feedback.

1. Programs: two in particular might be of interest to you: the Institute of International Economic Law WTO certificate and the International Business and Economic Law LL.M.
The latter is a very recent program, introduced in Fall 2008 if I'm not mistaken, and apparently rather small/selective: only 21 foreign students were admitted and 16 chose to attend according to the Georgetown december 2008 LL.M newsletter.

2. Teachers: several very well known and respected in this field: Prof. Salop, Langevoort, Jackson, etc. And exciting new hires for 2009 such as Professor Shelanski from Berkeley (teaches comparative EU/US antitrust law among other things)

3. Courses: one of the largest offering in the US. Courses such as International Business Transactions and International Project Finance and Investment might be interesting for you.

4. International students: what would you like to know? Class size? More than half of all students enrolled in LL.M at Georgetown are domestic (or have a US JD) which is very unusual for a US LL.M. There are actually fewer international students than at NYU, Columbia, and possibly Northwestern as well: between 180 and 190.

Hope it helps.
