When I wrote to them on Monday, they informed me that scholarship decisions are still being sent and that they're being decided on a rolling basis.
If what you say is true then it's damn worrying.


That's what they said yesterday. They might give additional scholarships after April 1 deadline, which is not helpful for me.

That's true. They've already made all their offers... It means you gonna get yours only and when someone refuses it, which someone will certainly do. So, hopefully you are well placed in the line.
