I have yet to decide where to go but I put my priority on GULC. Because Georgetown is very famous in foreign realtions related field such as MSFS including Law School. If a diplomat who graduated law school in his or her native country I am sure he would love to go GULC.
This is what I heard from American JD student about Georgetown.
"Georgetown has a great international and national
reputation and some of the most reknown professors in the world. Its also the most beautiful school in the world."

Your weakness to make justifiable points is highlightened by the way you choose to take an LLM grogram under the suggestion of a single J.D. student. At best, it is an excuse for the well-understood situation you are trying to conceal that you have not been admitted into schools better than this mediocre one.

Chinaren,
Who the hell do you think you are to behave so rudely ? I guess your parents forgot to bring you up...Any frustration in your life ?

Ecxacte, Bitsou. Why can't we just get along and live in peace?

I was surprised to read some childish reaction. I respect those who got admitted to Top law schools. Because I believe that those schools are so selctive that they would admit applicants who is not only smart but also mature. I have worked as an government officer in foreign affairs for more than 10 years. That's why I know a lot about GULC's international program. And the reason why I have yet to decide where to study is so many friends around me insist me to study in ivy law school. Any way I think it is I not others that should decide.

B****,
Whom do you think you are when you uttered these barbaran words. You are mistaken to attribute ones fault, if any, to her parents or bad feature charactristics when there still have alternative explainations. I won't take it as a personal offense but may I equally be suspicious to the integrity of all of your significant beloved relatives and your temper of a depressed paranoea?
It is my freedom of expression to post my piont here, which is a human nature right that intacts to your curse. A tease may be clashing, but it's worse for a self-conceited person to distort an intellectual fun into a rogue gangster fight. I hope you stay out of America and go on crouching at where you are, since law schools classes frequently involves disscussions much more vehement than this one.

Many thanks for sharing this interesting information with me, but I didn't wait for your post to know how the US System works and unbelievably as may be even worked there.
I thought it might be better to concede the fact that your tempetuous character might be someone else's fault rather than your own. I may indeed be wrong on that point.
Besides, while giving an intense fight in classes, Professors respect all of their students which doesn't seem to be a notion you very much know.
End of discussion for me.

When it comes to the College, I agree that the the campus in very beautiful.... but the law school is located downtown, any in my opinion nothing special; in terms of beauty

Georgetown is excellent, and I say that after having been admitted to other top tiers chools.
Chinaren, I suggest you look at: http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/law/brief/lawsp06_brief.php, before you insult people.
I congratulate all who have been admitted there-as it does have a reputation for housing some of the greatest legal minds, especially in international law.
It is sad that some people are so insecure they have to take advantage of freedom of speech, the heart of which is to spread enlightenment not ignorance.

the post by mary is sort of misleading and her point on school choosing is ostensible.
Intern'l law is a bogus sector for U.S. law schools. No law school in U.S. has a real interest in international law.
International law? who cares!
