Anyone applying for General LL.M. at NU?
I just went through the phone interview today and the interviewer said that it would take about a month before I know the result. She also said that they are trying to notify all the LL.M./Kellog people first since that program will start in June?

So if anyone applying for general LL.M. and have already got the result or still waiting, please let me know.

I guess it is true that they are trying to notify those who are applying for llm/kellogg first since me and my friends, we submitted our applications in the same day and did the phone interview just a day apart, but only one who applied for llm/kellogg received her offer.

They have already started offering admissions to the general LLM program on January.

I received the admission e-mail from Northwestern University today, and my wife received hers yesterday. Both of us applied for the general LL.M. program. I was also admitted to U of Chicago. We are extremely excited about our admission since our plan is to study together in different law schools in the same city, so that we will have our own campus life but still have the chance to live together. Unless we hear other good news for CLS and/or NYU in New York, Chicago will be the destination for our LL.M.

Congratulation to you and your wife, I am sure that you and your wife will enjoy life in a next few months. For me, I am still waiting their decisions. I applied several law schools but I have not received any decision from them. Time is killing me.

FYI, I got a decision from NU (but I am on waiting list) yesterday.

I took a phone interview at the beginning of this month and the admission staff told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to make decision, but I got the mail within half a month.
So I think you will also receive a desicion by the end of Feb.
