I wanted to fax the I-20 application form to Upenn yesterday.However, the fax machine seems not to work...
there is no harsh echo of the fax machine but it indicates the other side (USA) was connected. Some money was wasted.....I tried three times without any successful result....
Can you tell me whether it was caused by Penn's fax machine? Am I using the right FAX NO,001-(215)- 573-9587

You cannot fax it. You have to send it by post along with the financial statement. They need your signature.
