I would like to know how hard it is for a foreign lawyer with US bar exam to land a job as an assistant district attorney. Would an LL.M. from a Top 10 school help a lot?
Also, I am aware that for many government positions US citizenship is required. Is that also the case for a job at a DA's office?
Any information is appreciated. Thank you!

I knew a foreign lawyer who was hired as a DA in my county. I think she was from Jamaica. If you are a good candidate you will get hired. Of course, you need to have the legal right to work in the US. With regard to citizenship, some counties require citizenship and some do not. Each is different.
