Hey BamBoo,
Create an account here to track your status -

I read from the above website that early consideration is available for applications COMPLETED before 15 November. My application was recorded in their system on 24 November so I am guessing I will have to wait for the regular consideration batch.
Any luck on your end?
Cheers,
G

I submitted my online application and sent all other materials last week.
As to the early action (by Nov. 15), I thought that it applies only to the JD program, not to the LLM. The JD application instructions available on the Cornell's websites talk about such early action, while the LLM instructions are totally silent on that. The online status check system appears to be commonly used for both JD and LLM programs, so some status options may be applicable only to one of JD and LLM. I believe the only criterion for distinguishing between what is applicable to LLM and what is irrelevant to LLM should be the "application instruction" itself, which does not specify such early action.

Hey guys,
I received an email confirming my application is complete and ready for committee review. I also found the online status of my application was changed to "Complete." I sent my application materials on Dec. 2 by DHL and they must have received them two days later. Cornell seems to move a little faster than I expected...

Anybody knows when Cornell is likely to make final decisions? In your opinion, is it possible to have decisions made by January?
Posted Jan 08, 2009 12:54
Submitted my E-app. today. I also sent the hard copy documents by UPS today. I hope UPS can deliver it by the 10th as such is the deadline to be considered for fellowship.
Do you think the admissions office will be open on the 10th (i.e. saturday)?
I am always submitting these applications in the last minute:) Now I will do nothing but wait until the 29th of Jan and on that date rush to submit the UCLA and USC applications as Feb the 1st is their deadline:D eheheh

my understanding is late March so it will be a long wait. Santa is probably right though - given the website which says "Your application is ready for review by the Admissions Committee. If, your application was complete by February 1, you should receive a written decision by the next 8 to 12 weeks."

My application status was changed to "Decision" on 28 Jan.
According to what I have heard, Cornell doesn't send e-mails concerning the decision results, and I am told to wait patiently for the postal mail,10 to 14 days. Hope it's good news.
