My employer is looking to send one of its attorneys to get an LL.M. in U.S. Constitutional Law. Does anyone have any recommendations on programs? I am a graduate of a U.S. law school (Vanderbilt University), and I've been practicing for almost six years. Thanks!

There are many good programs. Yale is arguably the leading law school in ConLaw, and its program is fully elective, i.e. there are no compulsory courses. Basically you can study only ConLaw if you want to. Other good ones would be Virginia, Harvard, and Chicago.

I disagree. Harvard is without a doubt the best in Constitutional law. I think you should look into the professors you want to study with. There are so many amazing and influential professors at Harvard - Meltzer, Shapiro, Tribe - to name just a few. I liked Dorf and Monaghan at Columbia. In any event, as competitive as it is to be a professor of Constitutional Law, you'll likely find many amenable solutions.
