Hey everyone, there's a facebook group for the Columbia LLM class of 2010-2011. I invite all of you who got admitted to join the group and briefly introduce yourselves on the wall. This will help us to get to know each other a little better before the start of the program and we can even share tips and infos on housing, classes, etc...... here's the link:

Hey all,
I will hopefully be joining the class, too (still waiting for the decisive scholarship decision though). I'm from Germany.
Actually have a question for the two volunteers (thanks, by the way): do you know if George Bermann will be teaching next year? I'm very interested in his Transnational Litigation class.
Hope to see you all in NYC!

Unfortunately, Professor Bermann will not be at Columbia next year - he's going to be on exchange at a Paris Law school and his counterpart from Paris will be teaching his classes.

I know prof Bermann is taking a sabbatical. i was esp keen to take up his transnational litigation and arb. But am informed tht he is on a sabbatical this year. Unfortunate to say the least.

I just looked at the FB page. I read it to mean that the host, George, is in Washington DC (also see the host's email address). Columbia University is in NY.
