I'll certainly accept as CLS is my favorite school. YEAH :)

Hi, I have 99 on my toefl IBt exam, but on the other hand I have a strong academic record and diverse work Experience. Does anyone know if i have any chances for admission?

If ur profile is really good then CLS may ask u to re-appear for TOEFL as I read in last year thread of CLS where some1 was asked by Admissions Office to re-take the exam. Hope this is useful and lastly it takes nothing in having hopes and positive attitude. Best of Luck :)

Hi all, long time lurker. Anyway, I've read all the posts as well as well as the encouraging emails by some. Really helps with the tension.

Anyway, I graduated law in the Philippines in 2007, in the top 10 of my batch. Prior to that, I was an industrial engineer and worked at an IT firm in Minneapolis. Been with a litigation firm after graduation.

Thank you! I applied on the deadline or a few days before. I think its december 14. Anyway. Thanks again and I wish good luck to those who are applying also in CLS.

Does anybody know if there is a facebook group with CLS' current students?

UChicago has set up a group for the admitted students and it is very helpful to have current students answering some of our questions about the program...

I don't think so - but they do have the contact details of some current students who are happy to take questions on the admitted student website.

I saw that, but I was a little embarrassed to send them e-mails... hehe However, I sent a buch of students a few questions yesterday and a lot of them have already replied. So nice. The answers really helped me.
