Hello,
I did my LLB in Hong Kong and I've been working in a law firm for 1.5 years. I want to go to the US for my LLM. Which law school should I choose? I am most interested in law schools that have a good reputation among law firms in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Of course I would love to go to Harvard or Stanford or another top school, but I don't know if I can get in. Can anybody recommend 2-3 good schools that would be good to apply to?

Can you poke around at the firms you are interested in, and see where the lawyers who work there did their LLMs?
I'm assuming that recruiters in Hong Kong and Singapore will be aware of all of the top schools - but having an alumni network at a firm might be an advantage. Look into schools that have/had footprints in the region - NYU for instance had partnered with NUS for an LLM in Singapore for a while, so I would think that that school would have a solid network there because of that.
